Order confirmation
On validation of payment, you will receive an email with the invoice. This will be the confirmation that we have received the order. If you did not receive it, check your spam tray. If it is not there either, contact customer service to confirm that we have received it.
Delivery
The preparation and delivery period is 24/48 hours, depending on the time and the date the order is received. Without counting holidays or weekends. The time should be added to the transport time, which depends on the haulage company. The service that we hire takes 24/48 hours. In the event of delay, Guarro Casas cannot be held responsible for any damage to the goods once they have been delivered to the courier or are handed over to the client at our facility. Any damage should be claimed from the courier company.
If delivery proves impossible because you are absent or because the address is wrong and the package is returned, you will have to pay for the costs of a new shipment.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight and on the area of the world to where the package is to be sent, according to the MBE 48/72 h rates.
